Hiking On The Lycian Way

The Lycian Way is the most famous walking trail in Turkey and one of the most beautiful long distance walks in the world.  You walk through the ancient region of Lycia on a spectacular coastal trail. Lycia is the historical name of the western part of the Mediterranean coast in Turkey. This is an area where the mountains rise steeply from the sea covered by pine and juniper forests.

The Lycian Way is a 540 km long marked footpath from Fethiye to Antalya. The trail consists of old Roman roads, old footpaths and mule trails. We will walk through the foothills of the Taurus Mountains, explore small and big Roman ancient cities, enjoy national parks and visit remote mountain villages. Walking is a healthy low impact way to travel and it takes you to places which are normally hard to visit and feels far away from the main tourist centers.

We can offer different programs on the Lycian Way. Some people prefer to stay in one place and make daily trips from that area. We recommend staying in the beautiful bay of Adrasan. From here we will arrange for you to make some of the most stunning walks on the western part of the trail.
PRICE PER DAY : From 120 Euro (you decide the length of your stay)

INCLUDED: Small boutique hotel or pension in Adrasan, breakfast and dinner, sandwich for the walk and walk with a guide
NOT INCLUDED: travel to Adrasan (we can arrange this for you), drinks

We can also offer a week-long program with the highlights of the Lycian Way. We have chosen our favorite routes and will stay in different small hotels or pensions on the way. We will be followed by a minibus that will bring your bags and take us to the parts that we don't walk.
